Tickets:

Can tickets be refunded?

All ticket sales are final. While tickets cannot be refunded, they can be exchanged. Please call the office during business hours prior to the concert to make exchanges.

 

Can I order tickets online?

Yes. There is a small fee when you order tickets online. However, if you call the box office and make a ticket purchase the fee is waived.

 

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets are available at the door for all concerts, one hour prior to concert time.

 

My tickets are being held at Will Call.  How can I pick them up?

Tickets marked for Will Call can be picked up during normal office hours (M-F 9am to 4pm), or the day of the event at Will Call one hour prior to concert time.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as cash for event tickets.  Payment can be made by check for event tickets if it is at least 1 week prior to the event.

 

I purchased tickets but can no longer attend the event. Can I return the tickets for a refund?

Refunds cannot be given once the tickets are purchased, but tickets can be used by another party.  Please contact the Box Office for questions.

 

Concert Cancellations:

Does VOCI cancel shows due to inclement weather?

It is not the policy of VOCI to cancel shows due to inclement weather.  In the case of severe/ inclement weather, patrons who choose not to attend performances may donate their tickets back to VOCI and receive a tax deduction receipt. Please contact the Administrative Office at 330-455-1000.

 

Parking:

Where can I park for concert performances at The Timken Auditorium?

 Please park in the Timken parking lot on 4th street. If you want to be closer to the auditorium you can park on McKinley Ave. NW. There is a handicap drop off section on Tuscarawas Street West. See map for more details.

 

Where can I park for concert performances at the Canton Palace Theatre?

There is plenty of parking available all around the Canton Palace Theatre. There is no dedicated Palace parking lot or parking deck. Parking options include:

  • On-street metered parking. Meters must be fed from 8am to 6pm every day, except holidays. The rate is $0.75 per hour.

  • There are several parking decks located throughout downtown Canton. See a map of available parking decks.

  • For events in the evening, parking is available at the Stark County District Library located at 715 Market Avenue, N, just one block north of the Theatre

 

Venues:

Will I be able to purchase food or beverages at the theatre?

 A concession stand depends on the concert venue. Call the Administrative Office (330-455-1000) to find out if the concert you are planning to see will have a concession stand.

 

Are cameras allowed in the theatre?

The policy for cameras varies by the event.  Please contact Box Office for full details.

 

Are venues handicap accessible?

All of our venue locations are handicap accessible.  

 

VOCI Donations:

Will VOCI donate to our charitable event?

VOCI makes charitable donations of complimentary tickets to many community events and groups. In order to be considered, a formal request on the organization's letterhead must be submitted to the Administrative Office (1001 Market Ave. N. Canton OH 44702).
